【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨智庫今舉辦民進黨8年執政研討會，台北市長郝龍斌出席「環境與能源」場擔任與談人時，大談藍綠和解，他也對民進黨提出三建議，包括停止在立法院焦土抗爭、停止罷免國民黨籍立委，及不預設前提促成國是會議。
 
但台北大學經濟系教授王塗發當場回嗆，過去核四停建未能成功，就因國民黨焦土抗爭，執政黨在立院是多數，且70%民意支持停建核四，朝野若真要和解，馬英九總統就應放下身段、放下傲慢，主動召開國是會議，並立即跟人民道歉，停止核四公投，而非耍弄詐術公投，這不是真正和解。
 
王塗發也說，他贊成罷免馬意立委：「如果現在不能直指馬英九倒行道施，未來要落實非核家園，可能要等太陽從西邊出來。」他的發言，引來與會者熱烈掌聲。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣仁愛鄉公所今天上午在新生村風雨球場舉行歲時祭儀感恩節活動，雖然連日大雨重創泰雅族群原住民聚集的力行、發祥及翠華3個村落對外聯絡道路投89線力行產業道路，族人仍一大早出發，繞遠道或冒險走過坎坷難行道路趕來參加。

祭典在狼煙點燃中揭開序幕，各部落耆老用傳統母語吟唱古曲祭告祖靈，並為子孫祈福，儀式簡單而隆重，隨即穿著傳統服飾盛裝出席的族人不分老少一起唱歌跳舞慶祝，年輕人以RAP、搖滾曲風改編傳統歌謠組曲，呈現青春熱情的另類風格，帶動現場氣氛HIGH翻。
