| 海基會人事費增 陳怡潔：成國民黨退輔會

【李英婷／台北報導】海基會明年度預算出爐，親民黨立委陳怡潔表示，海基會近年並無新增業務，但是人事費用卻持續增加，成長將近五成，且海基會一級主管超過三分之一是國民黨官轉任，月薪11萬至24萬元不等，海基會形同國民黨的退輔會。陳批，海基會明年預算收入約3億元，其中2億餘元來自政府補助，形同用政府的預算幫國民黨支付薪水及退休金。
陳怡潔還說，海基會去年的年終獎金是1個月、考績獎金1個月，但是秘書長高孔廉的考績獎金卻高達2.5個月（58萬9100元），陳質疑，海基會的考評標準在哪裡？政府財政困難，各部會都在撙節支出，但部分政府設立的財團法人卻慷全民之慨，發給自己高額的薪水及獎金，難以服眾。

其實不找大牌的沒關係，但是要有演技阿！ 真人電影版的不管角色詮釋、運鏡等跟動畫電影版比起來簡直天差地遠， 連導演也摳死盪這麼嚴重....
