【姚惠珍／台北報導】去年8月底公布促進生技產業發展的生醫政策33項政策屆滿周年，生策會以及生策中心今日召開總評記者會，除了檢視政策進度外，同時首度公布由8項營運指標所評選出國內10家生技標竿企業，其中，葡萄王（1707）以總評分92分奪得總冠軍。立法院長王金平也指出，第二類醫材納入《生技新藥產業發展條例》的修法，將會在明年1月底前於本會期通過，國內血糖機、骨材等高階醫材廠可望受惠。
 
生策會每年都會舉辦生醫產業總評檢討記者會，並邀請主管機關出席，與業界進行溝通，而包括行政院長江宜樺、王金平及行政院政務委員張善政等人，今日均參與盛會。

【綜合報導】時下不少人有上網成癮問題，情況備受關注，日本計劃成立「戒網營」幫助青少年，美國一間精神科醫院更準備提供住院戒網癮的治療計劃。

福斯新聞網報導，美國賓州中部布拉德福德醫療中心的行為健康服務部，本月9日起將提供針對網路上癮的住院治療，成為美國首間提供類似服務的醫院。計劃由治療毒癮和酗酒的專家負責，是一個為期10天的自願性治療計劃。
