| 「一夜喝掉30萬」 徐洵平遭爆夜店豪奢

在夜店大方跟李宗瑞合照，胖達人現任董事長徐洵平跟藝人小S老公許雅鈞，因為胖達人香精案，私生活也被攤在陽光下，兩個人經常被目擊一起上夜店。夜店達人姜寧：「他會把很好的跑車停在門口，把排場做出來之外，最重要的是，因為他們開的香檳都跟別人不一樣，今天包廂有三、四十人，十瓶下來，一瓶4萬5，也是要三、四十萬，是很容易到達。」
夜店達人指出，身為京城四少其中一員的徐洵平，時常跑趴，在夜店出手闊綽，不只身旁常有辣妹陪伴，出門也都是跑車代步，只是白手起家的他，現在被捲入炒股風波，還驚傳他談生意的地點，也是選在夜店。
夜店達人姜寧：「如果你在這樣的場合遇到，本身是老闆的人，他提供的資訊，你會相信的程度當然會比較高，相對就會引動希望賺一點錢的人，下去購買他們的股票。」
藝人小S(2013.08.26)：「誠摯的向大家道歉！」
深深一鞠躬，台上道歉，但檢調卻發現，徐洵平妻子姜麗芬，在股票大跌前，賣出兩千張持股，涉嫌套利超過兩億元，目前雖然看不出來藝人小S家族有沒有賣股票，但檢方不排除約談她，釐清代言風波外，還要追查是否涉及不法股權交易。
