百年歷史的伊士曼柯達公司（Kodak）3日宣布脫離破產保護，轉型為聚焦商業列印的科技業者，不再販賣消費者產品。

過去柯達以相機、底片銷售與消費者照片沖印服務成為家喻戶曉的名子，脫胎換骨的新柯達將聚焦企業客戶的列印技術服務、智慧手機與平板的觸控螢幕感應元件，以及電影產業底片。

美國破產法院法官葛洛伯上月批准柯達脫離破產保護計畫，包括減債41億美元，且讓股東空手而返等。

柯達在2012年1月聲請破產保護前，已斥資34億美元瘦身並進行整頓。

柯達董事長兼執行長裴瑞茲（Antonio Perez）說：「柯達已重生為一家科技業者，提供商業市場影像服務，涵蓋包裝、功能性列印、圖像通訊與專業服務等，我們已設立獲利成長藍圖，隨著列印市場逐漸轉向數位化，我們已在正確的時間取得正確技術。」

裴瑞茲表示，新柯達2013年營收可望達到25億美元，稅前息前折舊前獲利將達1.67億美元。

柯達在歷時20個月的破產保護期間陸續脫手昔日的代表性事業，如零售底片、相紙產品與全球10.5萬個照片列印機等。
