宜蘭二結羊肉爐．鄉土羊肉爐團購美食推薦

宜蘭二結羊肉爐是冷凍包，直接拆開後丟到鍋子裡加上3杯水再加個一杯米酒加熱就OK了。

我老婆切了一些青菜以及一些豆皮，不用二十分鐘就有一鍋熱騰騰的羊肉鍋了。

宜蘭二結羊肉爐採用中藥熬煮的紅燒湯底，配上無骨羊腿前腿腱子肉，口味和外面一般在賣的羊肉爐味道比較不一樣，不過湯頭十分香甜可口。

照片中我吃的這一款是無骨前腿爐，一整個就是腱子肉，超Q彈，一份380大約三到四人吃OK，肉還滿多的~
