【大紀元2013年09月02日訊】（大紀元記者張頓綜合報導）薄案庭審於8月26日結束，薄熙來在庭審中，百般狡辯、抵賴一切罪行，戲弄中南海，令習近平難堪。28日至31日，習近平冒雨突訪大連、遼寧等薄熙來的「老巢」，引外界關注。

31日，中共喉舌《新華網》的消息顯示，中共黨魁習近平在中共高層王滬寧、劉延東、范長龍、栗戰書及遼寧省委書記王珉、省長陳政高的陪同下出席了中共第十二屆全運會開幕式。

此前早有報道稱，薄熙來案庭審後，習近平攜中共軍委副主席范長龍等從28日至31日突訪薄熙來的老巢——大連、遼寧，直踩薄熙來老巢，先後訪問了停泊在大連港的遼寧艦、瀋陽軍區機關並接見駐瀋陽部隊師以上幹部等，警告意味濃厚。

報道還稱，中共喉舌報導稱習近平參加所謂的全運會只是掩人耳目，其實習近平是要在大連，遼寧呆一段時間，安撫薄舊地官員。

庭審洩薄熙來曾負責「涉密場所」改造工程

8 月23日，濟南中院就起訴書指控被告人薄熙來貪污公款500萬元的事實進行調查。

起訴書指控被告人薄熙來2000年在擔任中共大連市委書記期間大連市政府負責了上級單位「涉密場所」改造工程。在薄熙來升任遼寧省省長後，2002年3月該工程結束時，當時薄熙來貪污了針對該工程的財政撥款500萬元。

起訴書中的「涉密場所」字樣，引起廣泛關注。因2000年前後，正是中共殘酷迫害法輪功的時期。

薄熙來在遼寧大力擴建大型監獄 迫害法輪功

1999 年7月20日後，薄熙來積極追隨江澤民迫害法輪功，為自己撈政治資本。當時全國大批法輪功學員去北京上訪被抓，因人太多，北京關不下。

江隨後突防大連，與薄熙來達成黑幕——薄替江賣命迫害法輪功學員，而江提攜薄。

於是江把當時去上訪的法輪功學員押送到大連關押，使遼寧成為迫害法輪功最嚴重的地區之一。至2003年，至少有777人被海外人權組織證實被迫害致死，其中包括震驚國際的高蓉蓉電擊毀容虐殺案。

同時，江從國庫撥巨資10億元到薄當時主政的大連、遼寧，在全省範圍內積極擴建大型監獄設施，包括以殘酷著稱的馬三家勞教所、蘇家屯秘密集中營等，其中僅馬三家勞教所一地就耗資5億多元。

大連、遼寧是薄熙來老巢

薄熙來曾在大連主政十年，隨後任遼寧省省長，其馬仔王立軍就是在遼寧發跡，由周永康介紹給薄熙來，隨其到重慶進行「黑打」的。

資料顯示，薄熙來1988－2004年，先後在大連任副市長、市長、市委書記、遼寧省委副書記、代省長、省長等職務。

前香港《文匯報》記者姜維平曾發文揭露薄熙來稱，多年來，大連是遭受薄熙來蹂躪的重災區，由於薄熙來一直在政壇不倒，步步高陞，所以，人們敢怒而不敢言，以前，薄通吃大連所有的大生意，又佔據和充斥了報紙的版面，十多年間名利雙收，他的秘書、司機、情婦、家人都無一不大肆掠奪國家的財富，積累了數以億計的「黑心錢」。
