福邦投顧分析師陳唯泰指出，台股今天盤面的重點，在於DRAM股。由於昨（4）日海力士大陸無錫廠發生爆炸，使得其他DRAM廠商都停止對外報價，DRAM的現貨價也在昨日飆漲10%，所以今天的華亞科（3474）、南科（2408）、威剛（3260）、創見（2451）、宇瞻（8271）、華邦電（2344）等DRAM相關個股，很有可能早盤就大漲，甚至漲停板買不到。

另外，昨日外資維持現貨市場的買超，但期貨市場並沒有明顯動作，留倉淨空單不足千口，所以外資目前看法屬中性偏多。融資餘額昨日小減2億元，融券餘額則是連續2日增加萬餘張，因此，軋空手之外，多頭還想蘊釀軋空單，因此，建議短線操作還是逢低承接為宜。

陳唯泰認為，大盤短線反壓仍然是8,100點以上，到8,200點之前的三角形收斂整理區，短線以8,000點、上下50點做為多方防守區。

因經濟數據與企業消息的利多，美股周三上漲，道瓊創逾一個月來最佳表現。日盛投顧表示，主要是因美國聯準會（Fed）最新公布的褐皮書經濟報告；該報告指出，7月與8月，美國經濟活動持續以溫和至略高於溫和的速度擴張。

在今天台股部分，美股大漲後將有利多頭重掌盤勢；在技術面上，台股昨（4）日拉回回補完多方缺口後就轉強，且10日線與月線黃金交叉，日KD持續上揚，周KD也出現黃金交叉買訊，只要成交量能維持765億元上下，指數應可順利突破下降趨勢線反壓，然後進一步向上挑戰前波高點8265點的套牢壓力。

不過，由於美國聯邦參議院外交委員會已同意授權政府對敘利亞動武，對全球金融市場短線恐有衝擊，與QE退場時點是影響盤面短中線的變數。

另外，DRAM大廠海力士無錫廠周三發生爆炸，從各家暫停報價，停止接單的情況來看，預料DRAM漲幅可能將不只如此。

前日歐蘭德視察學校時，歐蘭德做在黑板前，而黑板上寫著「今日，回到了學校」，隨後歐蘭德可能是太開心，露出這個奇異微笑。外傳照片批露後遭到法國總統府施壓撤除，但《法新社》沒有正面回應。
