| 華擎多元布局降主板風險，攻伺服器整機等業務

全球自行組裝電腦(DIY)需求逐步下滑，主機板市場也欠缺成長動能，面臨此態勢，華擎(3515)積極進行多角化，跨入工業電腦主機板、伺服器整機業務，以期提昇公司營運表現。法人表示，華擎工業電腦主機板下半年出貨量會增加，惟量仍不大，不過該產品毛利率至少有3成以上，且一旦打入供應鏈，客戶不會輕易更換供應商，有助於穩定獲利表現。至於伺服器整機佈局則轉投資永擎電子(持股約7成)，該公司目前仍小虧，不過手上已掌握相關客戶，明年將有機會轉虧為盈。
因應DIY PC市場成長停滯，華擎決定新增工業電腦主機板與伺服器整機兩大產品線，法人則表示，工業電腦主機板目前營收佔比仍不到1%，量仍不大，但預估該產品毛利率至少有3成以上，加上客戶不會輕易更換供應商，有助於穩定獲利。
至於伺服器整機部分，華擎今年3月正式轉投資永擎電子，由該公司負責伺服器整機研發、設計與行銷，目前仍小虧，不過手上已掌握相關客戶，預料明年有機會轉虧為盈。
華擎表示：「關於工業電腦主機板，由於客戶屬性不同、規模也不同，針對產品規格要求也有所不同，因此今年下半年工業電腦主機板還不會放量很多，將採取慢慢累積，逐步做出知名度策略。至於伺服器整機銷售，相關客戶也比較謹慎保守，也不可能一年就會大爆發。」據了解，華擎伺服器整機的目標客戶將先瞄準國外中小企業，力圖蠶食相關伺服器廠商的訂單。

| 江揆院會再談治水 五都冷回應

行政院長江宜樺今在行政院會中表示，水患治理應不分黨派、嚴肅面對，希望在檢討治水成效過程，不論中央地方都能不預設立場，深入分析檢討，似有化解中央與地方對立之意。但尷尬的是，五都市長今日全部缺席，僅派副手與會，江揆裁示後，五都無人發言，沒人呼應也沒有人表達不滿。
