【綜合報導】中國河北廊坊一名63歲男子，非法經營私人幼稚園，並涉嫌猥褻及性侵犯園內12名幼童。犯案期間，他的「二奶」更多次在旁拍攝影片。當地法院日前數罪並罰，判處這名被中國網友斥為「禽獸不如」的男子，入獄20年。

這起嚴重的侵犯幼童案，在2007年5月至2012年7月期間發生，涉案男子名叫楊成傑，一直被幼稚園的學童稱為「爺爺」。去年7月，事發幼稚園內有3名學童的家長，發現他們的子女下體遭人放入異物，幾經追問下，才知道是「幼兒園爺爺用手摳屁股」，把牙簽塞進了孩子下體。

警方接報後拘捕楊成傑，發現他涉嫌多起猥褻並性侵犯12名幼童，其中多數發生在2011年之後。有時是楊成傑單獨，同時侵犯多名小孩，有的則是趁孩子午睡時，猥褻或觸摸孩子敏感部位，有的兒童曾多次受侵害。其中更有4次，是在他的二奶段麗芹在場情況下發生。另外有三次，段麗芹便在一旁幫忙照相。

法庭日前審訊這宗案件時，楊成傑和段麗芹始終沒有辯解為何會在侵害孩子時拍照。法院一審判處楊成傑犯下性侵、猥褻兒童、重婚、非法經營等罪名成立，有期徒刑20年；而段麗芹則因包庇、重婚、非法經營罪，判刑5年。
