三星電子於台北時間5日凌晨1時在德國柏林消費電子展（IFA），發表智慧手表Galaxy Gear，預定9月25日在全球上市，售價299美元。

Galaxy Gear可用來搭配最新發表的智慧手機Galaxy Note 3 等三星電子的行動裝置，內建麥克風，能透過無線技術以聲控撥打和接聽電話，且能透過一種應用程式，在這款智慧表上載入其他程式。

根據初步畫面，Galaxy Gear的樣貌不太像先前謠傳外流的原型機，正面有個1.63吋（約4公分）的Super AMOLED顯示器，能顯示來電、簡訊和其他提醒訊息，也能控制音樂播放等功能。

三星發表了三款產品，包括Galaxy Gear、Galaxy Note 3和平板電腦Note 10.1 2014版。Galaxt Note 3配備5.7吋觸控螢幕，重168公克，更輕薄，螢幕也更大，搭配新版S觸控筆。

唐氏症基金會在台北大安站一帶找不到租屋處，無法成立工作站。北市府社會局副局長黃清高表示，這確實是個很大的問題，不只唐寶寶，很多身心障礙團體想成立工作站、或開設庇護工場，都會受到周邊居民反對。市府已一再宣導，呼籲民眾不應歧視身心障礙人士。

社會局昨天和唐氏症基金會協商，黃清高說，目前仍由基金會人員自行尋找地點，若真的沒辦法，市府也會介入，協助說服社區民眾。
