【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】中國籍路姓女子3年前擔任賴姓男子病妻看護，賴妻病故後，2人交往，路女無意與賴結婚，卻佯稱要有財產保障未來婚姻生活，賴因此陸續匯款100萬元，並贈送1輛小客車和1棟房屋給路女。後因路女一再推諉結婚日期，賴始知受騙。
 
路女與賴交往期間，又另幫89歲獨居老榮民李姓老翁打掃、煮飯，路女也說要與李結婚，照顧其餘生，李遂與分居中妻子辦理離婚，2人隨即結婚。李在給路女127萬元郵局訂存單上，寫著若李往生，定存單將給路女。李2月個後往生，路女找李的女兒協助處理贈與事宜，李女兒感到有異提告。
 
台中地院認為路女一方面計畫與李結婚，另一方面又向賴要財產作為婚姻保障，利用老人需要人陪伴的心態，羅織結婚美夢，行為惡劣，毫無悔意，依詐欺取財、詐欺得利罪判路女有期徒刑2年4月。

【綜合報導】根據國外媒體報導，美國前情報員史諾登(Edward Snowden)洩漏的機密文件指出，美國國家安全局每年耗資2.5億美元(約新台幣74億元)，與英國情報局合作，自2000年起進行了一項秘密監視行動，代號為「Bullrun」。

據了解，該行動運用超級電腦或與科技公司合作，破解或繞過加密軟體的保護，監視全球眾多的網路資訊。換言之，許多機構或一般民眾以為安全的加密電郵、商業機密、病歷，銀行交易等資料，可能早已被英美情報系統「入侵」。
