【綜合報導】美國人權組織「中國勞工觀察」早前公佈一份報告，指出無錫捷普電子公司（Jabil Circuit）員工，每日平均工時為11.5小時，每月積累加班時數超過100小時，是中國法例規定上限的3倍，同時超過蘋果公司向供貨商提出，每周60小時最長工時的限制。

蘋果公司今日發表聲明，承認今年初完成的一項內部審查發現，無錫捷普電子的一些員工，連續工作超過6天，並且表示無錫捷普正在和蘋果公司人員合作，以便更好地處理加班問題。

菲律賓外交部表示，已將駐北京大使召回諮商。中菲兩國緊張情勢，再度因為海上領土主權爭議升高。中國外交部則回應菲律賓不要無事生非，製造事端。

外交部發言人耶南德茲（Raul Hernandez）說，菲律賓駐中國大使巴希里歐（Erlinda Basilio）已搭機返回馬尼拉。

菲律賓國防部本周指控中國在南海有主權爭議的黃岩島放置75個大型混凝土塊。外交部長羅沙里歐4日指控說，中國試圖搶在「南海行為準則」制訂前推進領土聲索計畫，此舉危害區域和平和穩定。

黃岩島與菲律賓主要島嶼呂宋島（Luzon）相距220 公里，位於菲律賓的國際認可專屬經濟海域內。

根據中國外交部官網公布的資料，洪磊5日在例行記者會上答覆媒體時指出，黃岩島是中國固有領土，菲律賓應尊重中國領土主權。

洪磊強調，菲方如真的關心「南海行為準則」，就應當以實際行動信守並落實「南海各方行為宣言」，為商談「準則」創造必要的條件與環境，不要無事生非，製造事端。

地處南海中沙群島的黃岩島，因菲國軍艦於2012年試圖進入黃岩島抓扣在黃岩島海域捕魚的中國籍漁船，引來中國海監船趕來阻止，雙方船艦海上長期對峙，最後菲國船艦撤離，並於今年1月承認中國已實際控制黃岩島，菲船無法進駐。

對此，菲律賓試圖利用國際力量施壓，除把黃岩島主權爭端提交國際法庭外，也尋求美、日給予軍事支持；菲國外長羅沙里歐4日還說，「如果說今天中國的目標是菲律賓，明天就會輪到其他國家。」

由於東南亞國家協會有多個會員國都在南海主張擁有主權，因此菲國外長的發言，被視為是鼓動東協其他國家一起就此問題向中國施壓。
