【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南地檢署公訴組顏姓檢察官疑介入高雄市金山寺及屏東德修禪寺等數間寺廟廟產糾紛，涉嫌恐嚇、殺人未遂及詐欺，今天上午9時30分，法務部廉政署南部調查組在南檢和屏檢承辦檢察官陪同，到南檢辦公室將顏姓檢察官載往高雄市南部調查組偵訊，以釐清相關案情。
 
台南地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蔡麗宜表示，顏檢察官在2011、2012年間任職高雄地檢署期間，疑介入高雄市金山寺及屏東德修禪寺等數間寺廟廟產糾紛，涉嫌恐嚇、殺人未遂及詐欺等案件，目前由法務部廉政署、南檢及屏東地檢署共同偵辦中。
 
昨天上午7時30分，屏東地檢署檢察官劉俊儀、台南地檢署檢察官許嘉龍、高雄地檢署檢察官王伯敦，帶同法務部廉政署南部調查組廉政官、該署檢察事務官及屏東潮州等分局，同步搜索顏檢察官辦公室、宿舍、相關證人住處等22個地點，並傳訊相關嫌疑人23人、證人4人。
 
蔡麗宜強調，如果經查證後認顏檢察官犯罪嫌疑重大，且有相關強制處分，南檢會立即作必要的職務調整，以正官箴。

【綜合報導】維珍私人太空船SpaceShipTwo，周四在美國加州完成第二次試飛，打破首次試飛的高度紀錄，飛到69000呎高空。

SpaceShipTwo在試飛前，先由雙體飛機運載到46000呎，才點火起飛，只花20秒便飛到69000呎。今年4月，SpaceShipTwo首次試飛，飛了16秒達到56200呎。

試飛期間，機師更測試機上的尾翼傾斜系統，模擬飛返地球的過程。維珍創辦人布蘭森（Richard Branson）指出，如果過程順利，明年就可正式推出太空旅行計畫。
