新華社報導，周小川在出席俄羅斯聖彼得堡的20國集團（G20）峰會上指出，全球金融市場的聯繫非常緊密，美國即將退出QE，對主要儲備貨幣發行國的貨幣政策，有比較明顯的溢出效應，對新興國家可能帶來的影響，會因各國國情而有所不同。

QE退場是今年G20峰會各國討論的重點議題，東道主俄羅斯與中國大陸日前就警告，美國聯準會（Fed）縮減購債規模可能嚴重衝擊全球經濟，呼籲美國謹慎作為。

美國聯準會主席柏南克日前預示，今年底開始縮減QE規模，至明年年中最終退出QE。

周小川表示，「大陸有足夠的應對措施，從一開始就做了一定的準備，面對可能的衝擊，還要保證微觀經濟的活力和彈性，保持政策調整的靈活性。」

此外，大陸積極參與金磚五國的貨幣應急機制，以面對可能爆發的金融危機。金磚五國貨幣儲備規模為1,000億美元，其中大陸承諾出資410億美元，是出資額最多的國家。

周小川指出，這項安排是以貨幣互換為基礎的跨區域多邊貨幣合作，具有里程碑意義，有利於促進全球經濟成長與金融市場穩定。

「促進全球穩定符合自身利益，」周小川說，大陸經濟已與世界經濟高度融合，國際金融市場若出現大幅度動盪，大陸難以獨善其身。

而郭爸爸是「正港美食界總鋪師」，他身穿一襲金牌廚師高帽服為女兒站台，並重現郭靜最懷念的手路菜「油淋乳鴿皇」：「希望郭靜的事業飛得又高又遠，但也像鴿子一樣記得回家的路。」難得感性的深情流露，讓郭靜驚喜又感動，當場獻吻郭爸，表示感謝之情。
