馬英九盼王金平儘速回國 對外說明

法務部長曾勇夫遭爆涉及為柯建銘關說案，被迫在昨天晚間9點50分哽咽召開記者會宣布辭職後，總統馬英九今(7)日表示，鑑於相關人士都已發表意見，希望目前人在國外的立法院長王金平，能儘快回國對外說明。

最高法院檢察署特別偵查組昨日上午召開記者會，指控法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌接受立法院院長王金平關說，替立委柯建銘涉嫌全民電通案，有罪改判無罪案件不上訴，後來全案無罪定讞。

身兼國民黨主席的馬英九上午前往國民黨中常委選舉投票，面對媒體詢問時表示，希望王金平能儘快回國，對外說明。

馬英九表示，特偵組昨天召開記者會指出，立法院長、法務部長，以及若干檢察官涉及到司法個案的關說，他看到這個消息後，心情非常沉痛；一方面，這樣會灼傷司法的公信力，同時也會重創國民黨的形象。

馬英九指出，昨天他跟江宜樺商量之後，同意了曾勇夫的辭職，因為在社會普遍質疑的情況下，曾部長已經沒有辦法有效的執行法務部長職務。

馬英九最後說，有鑑於這個案子的相關人士都已發表了意見，他也特別希望人在國外的立法院長，能夠儘快回國，對外說明；他已請國民黨副主席曾永權稍早跟王金平聯絡，轉達他的意思。
