【綜合報導】澳洲維多利亞大學和昆士蘭大學近日合作進行的研究發現，女性坐太久，得憂鬱症的機會就會提高。

研究針對8950名50~55歲女性進行研究，並將坐的時間畫分為超過7小時、4~7小時、4小時以下等3組。報告指出，坐著超過7小時的女性，比坐4小時以下的女性，罹患憂鬱症機率要高出47%。而不運動的女性，比愛運動的女性，罹患憂鬱症的機率要高出99%。
