| 吳萬教違規讓侍從官升職

空軍作戰指揮部指揮官吳萬教中將才剛被爆料，指稱斥責在訓練任務臨時搭救傷患的直升機飛官，又傳出他違規讓侍從官剛升少校，就占中校缺。空軍政戰主任劉守仁今天證實確有此事，相關人員已調職或處分。
劉守仁說，當事人林姓上尉於101年5月調任吳萬教（時任空軍政戰主任）的侍從官，102年元旦升少校。3月1日，吳調任空作部指揮官，林姓少校跟隨調往空作部，擔任中校職缺的行政參謀，屬於將官機要人員職務調整。
劉守仁說，這項調動雖符合人事作業規定，但確實易引起平階同儕覬覦，影響部隊團結，因此空軍已修改了人事作業規定，不讓類似狀況再發生。
