立法院長王金平捲入關說司法案，馬英九總統昨天親上火憲要求王金平盡速返國說明。不過今天中午王金平仍在馬來西亞參加二女兒婚宴，無法立即返國，王金平幕僚表示，截至中午為止王金平仍沒有新的指示與動作，也沒有說明是否在參加完女兒婚宴後就提早返台。立法院秘書長林錫山的手機也關機，無法取得聯繫。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】9月6日，大黃鴨在北京園博園首日展出即遭遇「水土不服」。由於北京製作公司失誤，將鴨嘴裁片接錯，闊嘴鴨變成「尖嘴雞」。且嘴和翅膀上還有一些皺皮，鴨顯得有點蔫，令人捧腹。民眾調侃，大黃鴨在別的地方好好的，到了一場雨能淹死幾百人的北京就變形了，充分說明水土不服啊！

2013年9月6日早晨，北京下起了雨，但並沒有影響大黃鴨下水。早8點，一隻憨憨的大黃鴨已經浮在水面。細心遊客發現，大黃鴨的嘴有點皺巴，身子向前傾，頭有些耷拉著，屁股上還帶著幾處泥巴，顯得不太精神。

北京設計周組委會發言人承認，是北京製作公司在製作過程中出現錯誤，鴨嘴沒有完全按照設計圖紙正確拼接，出現錯誤，導致闊鴨嘴變成了尖雞嘴。經修復，7日，大黃鴨重新迎接遊客。

數據顯示，大黃鴨（英文名：Rubber Duck），是由荷蘭藝術家弗洛蘭泰因•霍夫曼（Florentijn Hofman）以經典浴盆黃鴨仔為造型創作的巨型橡皮鴨藝術品。

從2007年第一隻「大黃鴨」誕生開始，截止2013年6月，霍夫曼帶著他的作品從荷蘭的阿姆斯特丹出發，先後造訪了德國紐倫堡、巴西聖保羅、日本大阪、英國倫敦、澳大利亞悉尼等11個國家的14個城市，大黃鴨所到之處都受到了很大的關注，也為當地的旅遊及零售業帶來了極大的商業價值。

微博實名認證為香港商報副總編的「我是西蒙周」稱，在世界各地亮相的黃鴨都遵循霍夫曼的設計圖縫製而成，但北京版黃鴨低頭、皺皮令人失望。

民眾熱議稱，一隻鴨子，上各大媒體頭條，無聊。一位浙江民眾留言道，搞甚麼啊！就一個玩具還這麼興師動眾的！四川鄉村學校，貴州竹排上學有人說嗎?垃圾。
