菲律賓留台校友聯誼會今天提前慶祝中秋佳節，早年到台灣完成高等教育的僑胞們共敘窗誼，餐會主席也鼓勵校友們讓孫兒返台求學、深造。

50年代、60年代期間，許多菲國華僑子弟赴台就讀大專院校，返菲後各奔東西，見面機會不多，因此成立菲律賓留台校友聯誼會，每逢佳節一同聚餐，以維持聯繫。

菲律賓留台校友聯誼會今天在馬尼拉華人區的菲華商聯總會大禮堂提前慶祝中秋節，由常務理事柯孫國擔任主席，曾在台灣念大專、大學的僑胞們攜子帶孫與會，氣氛熱烈。

柯孫國除向大家預祝中秋節愉快之外，鼓勵昔日同窗讓子女、孫兒返台就讀大學，學習正統中華文化，並體驗中華民國的發展現況。

中華民國駐菲代表處僑務組長胡念平、秘書曾琇鈺也共襄盛舉。

菲律賓華僑多數來自福建省，校友們承襲閩南地區習俗大玩「搏中秋」，骰子與碗公碰撞夾雜談笑聲，相當熱鬧。

「搏中秋」又稱「搏狀元」，參加者圍成一桌，在1個大碗公裡擲骰子博彩，以古時科舉制度的秀才、舉人、進士、探花、榜眼、狀元為彩名，骰子點數組合來決定是否中彩以及彩品大小。

此外，菲律賓留台校友聯誼會也宣布，明年將組團前赴印尼，參加世界留台校友會聯誼總會會員大會。
