| 柬埔寨爭議大選 執政黨勝出

柬埔寨選舉委員會今天(8日)宣布，總理洪森(Hun Sen)率領的執政黨在大選中勝出。但由於執政黨賄選風聲不斷，讓選舉結果備受質疑。
根據柬埔寨國家選舉委員會網站公布，柬埔寨人民黨(Cambodian People's Party，CPP)贏得68席，主要反對黨柬埔寨救國黨(Cambodia National Rescue Party，CNRP)則獲得55席。
柬埔寨是在7月28日舉行國會選舉，改選123個議席。柬埔寨全國選舉委員在8月12日公布國會選舉結果，確認由柬埔寨人民黨獲勝，但反對黨拒絕接受選舉結果，認為這次選舉弊端充斥，沒有獲得公正處理。
為了抗議柬埔寨總理洪森在7月具爭議性的大選中聲稱獲勝，上萬名柬埔寨民眾參與7日在首都金邊(Phnom Penh)舉行的大型抗議活動。

| 智利最高法院 認獨裁時代「疏失」

智利最高法院今天首度承認，在已故皮諾契特（Augusto Pinochet）將軍獨裁統治的1973年至1990年間有「疏失」，但最高法院拒絕向被害者家人道歉。
法新社報導，最高法院院長巴列斯特羅（Ruben Ballesteros）在全院會議後發布聲明說：「我們確信，除了明白承認那個時代發生的嚴重行動和疏失外，無法採取其他態度。」
他說，用現今的眼光來看，「說（最高法院的）司法功能有疏失，清楚明白是對的」。
不到一週就是皮諾契特9月11日軍事政變40周年，數日前智利的全國法官協會向那些尋找失蹤親人、卻遭法院不予理會的人道歉。
智利法院回絕了約5000件被獨裁政權綁架或殺害者親人求助的案件，表示沒有這些人的資料。
當局認為，冷戰時代皮諾契特政權至少要為3200件命案和3.8萬件酷刑負責任。
參與今天最高法院全院會議的最高法院前院長胡伊卡（Milton Juica）告訴記者，會議考慮過道歉，但決定道歉應以更「個人的」形式為之。
智利司法部門沒被皮諾契特接管，當時決定關閉國會、審查媒體的是智利的法院。

| 黃昭順蟬聯國民黨中常委榜首

國民黨第十九屆第一任中常委選舉結果出爐，立委黃昭順蟬聯榜首，前五名分別是黃昭順1100票、李全教1007票、姚江臨997票、楊瓊瓔994票、劉大貝948票，整體投票率94.66%。現任中常委柯貞竹、許顯榮則未能連任。
