【綜合報導】國道去年發生411件汽車爆胎或掉輪胎事件，造成203人死傷，考量爆胎嚴重影響行車安全，交通部將修法，明年元旦起汽車輪胎紋深度將強制納檢，胎紋不足1.6公釐，限期1個月換胎，否則將被吊銷牌照。

交通部昨指，考量爆胎等事故一旦發生在國道，因行駛速度快，往往造成嚴重交通事故，另汽車在雨天行駛時若胎紋深度太淺，輪胎也會失去排水防滑作用，恐引起追撞事故。交通部將修《道路交通安全規則》規定，自明年元旦起，汽車輪胎深度不足1.6公釐將納定期檢驗項目定期檢驗；深度不合格者，限期1個月內改善與複檢，若半年內都不改善，將吊銷牌照，不得上路。

【呂建豪／新北報導】新北市永和環河西路1處民宅公寓，今天上午8時許傳出1名女子反鎖房內燒炭，警消到場破門後女子已無生命跡象，但是家屬不放棄，堅持要將女子送醫搶救，隨即由救護車送往醫院，還在醫院搶救中 警方調查，女子疑似因為疾病纏身才會燒炭，現場留有遺書，詳細案情由警方調查釐清當中。

【綜合報導】阿富汗境內的「神學士」(Taliban)游擊隊，當地時間周日(8日)中午，對位在瓦爾達克(Wardak)的一處情報大樓發動自殺式炸彈攻擊，目前已知造成9人死亡、超過30人受傷。

攻擊者身穿炸彈背心，手持小型輕武器，攻擊情報大樓，9名死者中有4人是情報人員，另5人是武裝份子。
