【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名24歲劉姓工人，今天下午開車行經西定路的中山派出所時，不慎撞到1輛違規迴轉機車。警方獲報到場將2人帶回調查，發現劉男渾身酒味，酒測值高達 0.77毫克。

劉男還口氣很差的對著被他撞的陳姓騎士說：「你在看什麼！」劉母獲報趕到警局了解，沒想到劉男一見到母親就淚流不止，態度頓時軟化下來。劉母安撫他說，犯錯就要認錯，要乖點！警方訊後將劉男依公共危險罪移送法辦。

特偵組偵辦立委柯建銘請託立法院長王金平向法務部長曾勇夫、台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉關說案，柯建銘揚言反撲，陳守煌也指特偵組違法監聽。特偵組發言人楊榮宗中午表示，監聽譯文事後公布就像案件結案後提示證據一樣，特偵組作法合法。

針對柯建銘對於被監聽表示不滿，並希望了解自己到底被監聽多久？楊榮宗表示，特偵組是依法向法官聲請監聽票，9月5日案子監聽完了，即回覆法院監聽結束，由法院函告當事人，屆時柯建銘就可以知道被監聽多久。

楊榮宗指出，特偵組是懷疑柯建銘涉嫌關說假釋案而聲請上線監聽，但後來查無刑事犯罪，依刑事訴訟法規定即認為「沒有必要傳訊當事人說明」，所以沒有傳訊柯建銘、王金平，「不是不給他們說明的機會。」

至於陳守煌指公布監聽譯文違法部分，楊榮宗則解釋就像刑事案件偵查結束後，律師可以閱卷替當事人辯護，「否則當事人如何替自己在法律上作防禦。」楊強調特偵組的作法一切合法。
