| 國營企業真爽？ 立委：每人獎金20.6萬

台聯立委葉津鈴今天指出，油電雙漲，中油、台電鉅額虧損卻仍照領高額獎金，她統計103年度兩家國營企業編列獎金發現，竟然高達36億及67億高額獎金，其他的國營事業也不遑多讓，17家國營事業共編列264億獎金，12萬8000多位國營企業員工平均每人可領近20萬6000元獎金。其中11家國營企業平均每人獎金超過22萬，這與行政院所雇用臨時人員4181人中，有1107人是支領最底薪資1萬9047元相比，「實在差很多」。
她說，這些貧工年薪也不過22萬8564元，17家國營企業中有9家、超過半數光獎金就超過這些臨時人員的一年薪資。
葉津鈴說，國營企業員工中，又以中國輸出入銀行獎金最多，平均每位員工可領28.2萬元，另前5名依序是中央存保公司27.7萬元、中央銀行24.7萬元、台灣金融控股公司24.6萬元、土地銀行24.1萬元。
