關說案引發政壇風暴，前副總統呂秀蓮8日透過臉書（Facebook）形容說，特偵組引爆一枚政治核子彈，掀開台灣版的「官場現形記」。呂前副總統認為，馬總統應親自應對監聽的合法性問題。

呂秀蓮指出，這個政治核爆，至少包括以下幾個嚴肅課題：

一、特偵組召開記者會的方式妥當否？對本案的處理合乎特偵組的法定職權和程序嗎？

二、總統府和行政院在事態未明之前，用迫不及待的方式逼退法務部長，用意何在？

三、本案涉及國會議長、國會議員與法務部長的電話通聯內容，突顯監聽的合法性以及監聽內容的保密問題，馬總統應親自應對。

四、國會議長和國會議員的互動之間有無倫理規範？立法院議事寶典的「朝野協商」數十年來決定多數的國政和法案，妥當、合法嗎？

呂秀蓮說，或許國人要再次發揮公民運動，把以上種種沈痾積弊全面清理，以便除弊興利了。
