由於房價漲度過快，八月下旬，大陸住建部召集包括南京、鄭州在內的七個二線城市進行座談，並指出各地應採取措施保證年度房價控制目標的實現。顯示官方已擔心房價壓不住，可能有更多城市會推出更多調控措施。

經濟參考報報導，南京市建委一名內部人士表示，南京日前確實被住建部召集對房價過快上漲進行研討。「上半年，南京市房價上漲過快，在完成全年調控目標方面面臨很大壓力。」他透露，住建部的根本政策目的是保護和支援剛性需求，打壓投資性需求，抑制房價上漲。

鄭州市房管局市場監察處負責人表示，日前鄭州推出升級版「限購令」也是為完成調控目標。「如果鄭州再不採取行政干預，將很難完成此前設定的新建商品住房價格控制目標。」

摘要：一年一度的日月潭泳渡活動，今天登場，因為天氣晴朗，有2萬5千人參加，其中超過8成的民眾，都是連續好幾年參加，甚至有全盲的視障民眾年年參加，有76歲阿伯，以51分的時間橫渡成功，不過有部份民眾出現輕微失溫現象，還好在休息後都沒有大礙。
