| 開城工業區今天恢復正常供電

根據兩韓當局商定，十六日起重啟開城工業區的運營，南韓電力公社從今天起，對開城工業區正常供應電力。
南韓電力從今年四月開城工業區中斷運營後，將工業區供電量降至最低。為了開城進駐企業，能順利啟動工廠，南韓電力決定從今天起，恢復每日供電量至十萬千瓦。
電力公社在開城工業區停止運轉後，依舊每日對韓方的線路，進行了檢查工作，以防出現停電。上個月十四日，兩韓雙方協定恢復工業區運轉後，南韓電力公社派遣工作人員至當地，進行精密檢查和更換故障設備。（王長偉 首爾報導）

| 美俄討論敘利亞化武問題 華府仍不排除動武

美國國務卿凱瑞和俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫，在瑞士日內瓦會談，討論敘利亞問題。
兩人在會談前一起會見記者，拉夫羅夫說，如果敘利亞交出化學武器，並加入《禁止化學武器公約》，美國就沒有必要向敘利亞動武。
凱瑞重申，美國的立場是假如外交渠道失敗，就可能需要向敘利亞動武。
聯合國證實，已經收到敘利亞申請加入《禁止化學武器公約》的文件。
敘利亞總統巴夏爾表示，他願意將敘利亞政府擁有的化武交由國際監管，是基於俄羅斯的提議，並非因為受到美國的武力威脅。
他又說，將會在敘利亞簽署《禁止化武公約》一個月後，向聯合國透露化武存放地點。
