| 拍完日出精神不濟 男子翻車起火及時逃出

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1名27歲張姓男子，今天上午8時許開車行經三芝區淡金路時車輛失控翻覆起火。警消獲報到場救援，迅速將火勢熄滅，所幸駕駛張姓男子自行逃出車外，僅頸部及腳踝疼痛，送醫治療已無大礙。
張男向警消表示，今天凌晨拍完日出準備返家，因精神不濟不慎擦撞翻車，車頭還起火燃燒，還好趕緊爬出車外才幸免於難。

| 癌末夫氣妻遭慫恿離婚 槍殺鄰居判無期定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】苗栗嚴姓刺青師傅不滿羅姓妻子在他喉癌末期離家，還告他家暴恐嚇要離婚，懷疑是鄰居慫恿，前年竟帶槍殺死陳姓鄰居、殺傷陳的員工，最高法院最近審理後依殺人等罪判嚴無期徒刑定讞。
54歲的嚴男3年前被妻子控告多起民、刑事訴訟，並有離婚官司，嚴一直懷疑妻子遭隔壁電腦公司的陳姓經理慫恿，因此在前年11月29日帶著徒弟到住處旁要找陳報仇，但因電腦公司搬家，隔天嚴男叫徒弟扮客人登門觀察，確認妻子和陳男在後，嚴男才親自入店，一槍射中陳男心臟，準備要對妻子開槍時，被陳的賴姓員工推出店外，賴也因此被開一槍。
陳經送醫急救無效死亡，賴因左胸擦傷無大礙，而嚴男被循線逮捕後遭收押至今，並已和妻子登記離婚，台中高分院痛批嚴罔顧人命、泯滅人性，但考量他已經是喉癌四期病人，因此依殺人、預謀殺人、殺人未遂3罪，判嚴無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身。案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
