| 菅直人舉台灣反核旗 籲零核電

【蔡永彬／台北報導】日本眾議員、前首相菅直人今早接受《蘋果》專訪，他表示，前年3月11日地震引發福島核災前，民主黨立場「並不堅持零核電」，一向認為「如果(核能)安全，就這樣下去吧！」但核災發生後，黨內體會到核電廠要安全運作非常困難，時任首相的菅直人於是在2個月後下令濱岡核電廠停機。
菅直人表示，他在辭去首相前，除停掉濱岡核電廠外，也將核能監管單位和技術單位分開，並規定電力公司須購買民間發電，將國家基本政策核電歸零。專訪結束後，他並舉起台灣反核旗幟，為國內反核運動壯聲勢。

國防部北市博愛路忠愛營區忠愛大樓12日晚間，冷氣機房進行維修時，發生工安意外，造成1名維修工人與1名上士死亡。國防部長嚴明13日前往宜蘭，慰問在工安意外殉職的上士林逢春家屬，並承諾從優撫卹。
國防部軍事發言人羅紹和14日表示，林逢春平時表現優異，國防部將依法從優撫恤，不過撫恤金額涉及家屬隱私，將不會對外公開。國軍暨家屬扶助基金會也將會介入協助。
針對事故發生原因，國防部政務辦公室主任何安繼表示，經消防單位初步判定，應該是冷氣壓縮機爆炸引發的工安意外，後續會配合勞委會勞檢所及消防火警鑑識單位調查。
