【周昭平／高雄報導】勞委會職訓局南區職訓中心今天在夢時代購物中心戶外時代廣場舉辦「102年高屏澎東區職業訓練成果展」，邀請過20個培訓單位共襄盛舉，現場設攤供民眾體驗水晶指甲彩繪，還安排國宴主廚阿基師等4名職業達人現場教學。

今天的成果展有南訓中心訓練班、高屏澎東大專院校及職業工會等20個訓練單位參加，其中軟體設計應用班有學員自行研發「個人化年曆產生系統」，使用者只要拍照後就可產生個人化QR- CODE，透過軟體系統掃瞄就可產生個人專屬化年曆，現場大受歡迎。

勞委會職訓局局長林三貴表示，為協助民眾強化專業技能，職訓局近幾年除結合地方政府推動失業者職前訓練，也把訓練對象擴及在職者進修訓練，近來也將青年職訓列為重點工作。

【陳建彰／台北報導】台股今天獨家開市，但因內外資法人及散戶幾乎都放假，使得台股全場走勢乏善可陳，上下震盪僅30多點，雖然部分蘋概股跌深反彈，但因追價力道不足，未能激勵行情，終場指數下跌25.72點，收8142.48點，成交值僅386億元，創下4年半以來新低量。
 
第一金投顧研究部副總陳奕光預期，本周周線收十字線，意味大盤短線將變盤向下，估計下周將量縮回測8000~8050點支撐，建議投資人儘量少做，先觀望為佳。

他表示，本月6日國內爆發政爭以來，美股道瓊指數累計上漲近600點，美國10年期公債殖利率也回落，意味金融市場預期，下周美國聯準會的QE（量化寬鬆）退場結論不會有意外，因此國際股市下周可能利多出盡，加上連續假期前市場心態比較保守，都將抑制台股價量表現。
