「鍵」人人格分裂症？網路世界中的你，和真實生活的形象完全兩樣？想走出虛擬世界，其實有新招！

東方線上公司民調數據顯示，6成上班族有雲端多重人格症，其中超過1/4的上班族在社群網站中辦2個以上帳號，以多個帳號分流經營家人、同事，和不能說的朋友關係，在不同的網路空間，塑造不同形象的自己，產生社群多重人格。

你知道嗎？其實台灣民眾對智慧型手機的依賴度已經高達81%，勝過3C大國日本之80%！而民眾也開始透過手機平板電腦或行動裝置購物，取代筆電與桌機，顯示現行消費者行為已有改變。

Google近日公布調查，2013年第一季時，智慧型手機之普及率高達51%，與2012年同期相比高出許多。且有60%的民眾，每天都使用智慧型手機搜尋任何事物，更有95%的民眾會搜尋在地資訊為最多，例如：所在地或住家附近之餐廳，或是交通方式等。在「天天搜尋」的人這其中，最常搜尋的是產品資訊、餐飲、旅遊或租購屋資訊。且透過行動裝置進行網路購物的民眾，高達70%，顯示這波行動商機已不可忽視。

不過，最重要的是，行動裝置使民眾的消費習慣改變。過去民眾常透過電腦做網購，現在則連電腦都不開，直接用智慧型手機消費！據調查，有73%的民眾，曾使用智慧型手機上網購物。且有70%消費者每個月至少購物一次，一週可以買上好幾次的人，更多達48%。

另外，根據東方線上調查，有超過5成的上班族表示，在社群平台上的朋友有些連見過面都沒有，也難怪常有萬人響應一人到場的窘境。
