F-TPK宸鴻(3673)傳出8月單月虧損消息之後，今日股價開低走低，盤中觸及跌停價位284元，雖然盤中跌停價位一度有低接買盤浮現，然而，尾盤仍有高掛百筆跌停賣單，使得宸鴻收在284元跌停價位，正式宣告跌破300元關卡，日K再收一根黑棒，跌落所有均線之下，成交量放大至11215張，成為今日成交值排行第一個股，成交金額高達32億元。宸鴻期近月合約亦收在跌停價位283.5元，成交量812口，10、12月合約也都以跌停板作收。

宸鴻第二季營運雖然下滑，但仍能繳出每股獲利9.02元的佳績，但是，市場傳出，宸鴻8月單月營收出現虧損，第三季恐怕僅每股小賺3元，這是宸鴻上市以來從未有過的成績，也讓市場對於宸鴻本季營運表現信心不足。

對於市場評論，宸鴻回應，不評論市場傳言，表示現在對第三季的看法依舊維持法說會上所說季減15~20%，並沒有改變，第四季營運也絕對會優於第三季。

從市場傳出宸鴻業績不佳的消息之後，外資昨日便立即大賣1739張，投信也賣了157張，僅有自營商還搶進了18張。宸鴻也是外資持股比例相當高的個股，目前外資持有比例高達66.13%，若宸鴻表現不佳，外資恐怕還會持續賣出宸鴻持股。

宸鴻7、8月營收加起來為188.27億元，若要達到法說會上所說的第三季季減15~20%目標，等於宸鴻9月營收至少要做到118億元，也就是9月營收要較8月營收成長25%，才有機會達到財測低標。

石階腳、大明口、圳過、看板腳、新路、正義、陳厝，30年前三重派出所轄區角頭幫派，陳天賜仍能精準細數；當時刑警與流氓總是過從甚密，1993年擔任小隊長的陳天賜在勤務中幫「朋友」處理債務糾紛，被解除警職。

隔年陳天賜便高票選上代表，但只當2年就被蘆洲警分局提報治平對象送往綠島羈押1整年，才又搭直升機到台東地院開庭，他被指控的重罪包括槍砲、恐嚇取財、妨害自由全判無罪，賭博、傷害、偽造文書則共判3年。

1999年出獄時已經35歲，警察局又將他提報流氓，2001年裁定管訓2年半。陳天賜形容真是被當成肥牛扒兩層皮，本想重新生活，卻展開8年「跑路」生涯，直到2009年撤銷通緝。

他重返江湖先後在汐止、蘆洲與朋友合夥開餐廳，6月才第1次回到發跡地三重獨資經營「雲林鵝肉莊」，每天自己煮、自己剁、自己賣。陳天賜自豪地說，每天從雲嘉地區精選12隻4個月大、6斤半以上肥鵝，只加鹽巴進水裡煮熟再冰鎮，即可保存鮮美肉質。

因堅持當天現宰、現煮、現賣，絕不放隔夜，生意特別好。他說，開張僅3個多月，店址三重自強路一段216號左右各250公尺共有6家鵝肉店，「雲林鵝肉莊」營業額名列前茅。
