【綜合報導】美國首府華盛頓的海軍工廠昨上午驚傳槍響，根據最新消息指出，至少造成受害者7死12傷。槍手行兇後逃逸，警方出動大批人員搜捕，還出動直升機在空中盤旋，在兩個半小時內擊斃1嫌，但警方稱恐有2人在逃。

總統歐巴馬在白宮持續聽取簡報，他隨後發表演說稱這起事件是場悲劇，稱槍手是懦夫。

因為一些原因今年八月才決定十月至日本念一年的語言學校
但因為決定和報名的太晚，前幾天問了學校才知道目前只有學校的入學許可，至於在留資格最快也要在九月底或十月初才會下來
但我在這個月二十五號左右就要先過去日本了
然後機票也已經買好
本來有想過要把機票延期等在留下來再去
但學校的開學典禮是十月初
不論怎麼樣都是來不及了,,,,,,（除非這幾天在留就下來ＴＡＴ）
如標題想知道赴日之後在日本當地換簽證的最新資訊
（拜託不要貼以前的資料給我，已經有先稍微找過資料了所以是想知道最新的資訊還有最實際的辦法！拜託給予解答了！）
