已請辭的總統府副秘書長羅智強今天火力全開，一早在臉書發文暗批立法院長王金平，晚間又槓上網路媒體「新頭殼」，痛批「新頭殼」引用網友KUSO的假圖片寫成假新聞，要求「新頭殼」認錯並道歉，否則將採取行動保全名譽。

羅智強表示，今天「新頭殼」網站有一則新聞，引用一張網友KUSO的造假圖片，對他發動「人格毀滅戰」；事實上他早上的臉書發文，並無「魚翅」字眼，也未做相關修改。

羅智強說，他看到「新頭殼」的報導不禁莞爾，雖不想為此事生氣，但還是要採取行動保全名譽。

羅智強痛批，「新頭殼」作為媒體，引用未具信度的網路假訊息，把明顯的網路KUSO當真實事件做新聞報導，並在未向當事人查證的情況下發布不實新聞，已傷害他的名譽。希望「新頭殼」勇於認錯、公開道歉，並在「新頭殼」網站首頁登出澄清稿24小時。
