標題[請益] 台灣公司VS中國公司

目前才剛到A公司(即台灣公司)任職1個月，工作環境很好，主管跟同事也很棒， 雖然公司前兩年還沒賺錢，但今年明年應該就會上軌道，前景看好， 沒想到之前已經放棄的B公司(中國公司，在台灣有設辦公處聘RD)通知錄取， 開出了比A公司年薪多40W的條件， 前一個月須至中國(新訓?)，之後就是在台北上班，然後每兩、三個月去一次中國出差。 因為上個月在A公司步行可到之處買了人生第一間房，是預售屋，兩年後交屋， 以目前在A公司的薪水背房貸，全家會過得很緊， (當然是餓不死，但是別想出遊/上餐廳了)， 所以對每年可以多40W實在很心動， 但是又很擔心中國的企業似乎會把台勞當免洗筷? 且offer寫明了契約期間是3年， 看起來中國的公司不像台灣是以「不定期契約」為主，而是走「定期契約」路線 那3年後的飯碗還在不在，是很令人擔憂的， 而且家裡還有兩個小朋友(1歲/4歲)，雖然口頭是承諾2-3個月去一次中國， 但又沒有白紙黑字，要是哪天收掉台灣辦事處，強迫你長期留在中國， 不就又要重新找工作了(我是不可能常駐中國的)! 有沒有前輩(曾)在類似的情況上班-->中國公司，在台灣設辦事處，偶爾出差 可以分享一下這種工作是否很沒保障呢? 雖然薪水很肯給，但是沒辦法賺的長久，是走短期路線的? 還是大家都建議繼續留在台灣的A公司就好了，就賭他每年慢慢加薪， 倒吃甘蔗，背房貸前幾年辛苦一點就好? 畢竟A公司是有前景的，同事跟主管又都很好，根本不用短視近利換B公司? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.30

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】薩默思（Lawrence Summers）退出角逐下屆美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）主席大位，投資人樂觀預期QE（量化寬鬆）退場步伐將緩慢，激勵美股3大指數開盤大漲，道瓊工業指數大漲逾150點，S&P 500指數迅速站上1700點大關。

儘管據Fed最新公布數據，美國8月工業生產僅月增0.4%，低於預期的0.5%，但疲軟的經濟數據，仍擋不住市場上演慶祝行情。
