東協股市近期展開大反攻，在跌深反彈、美國縮減量化寬鬆政策（QE）的利空鈍化，加上政府政策積極改革激勵下，股匯市同步回穩，統計MSCI東南亞指數自8月底至今，反彈幅度達7%，帶動八檔東協基金績效翻紅，9月以來上漲3.56%。

受到美國縮減量化寬鬆政策退場擔憂的影響，東協股匯市同步重挫，MSCI東南亞指數自5月8日收盤高點至8月28日跌幅超過兩成，但自8月底以來東協股市出現跌深反彈，漲幅逾7%，帶動東協基金績效轉正。

摩根東協基金經理人黃寶麗（Pauline Ng）指出，東協市場近期資金流出態勢明顯加劇，但為了穩定匯率、力阻資金出走潮，東協政府透過政策以改善財政赤字並穩定匯率，對中長期產業結構與企業競爭力都有助益。
