總統府副秘書長羅智強日前請辭獲准，總統府發言人李佳霏今晚表示，遺缺將由國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑接任，10月1日生效。 李佳霏表示，1974年出生的蕭旭岑，政治大學英語系畢業、政治大學新聞系碩士，曾在聯合報、中國時報擔任記者，歷任國民黨3位秘書長金溥聰、廖了以、林中森的辦公室主任，媒體與黨政經驗豐富。 李佳霏表示，蕭旭岑熟悉馬英九總統的施政理念，對黨務運作也相當了解，擅長文宣論述，到任後可強化府院黨之間的溝通。
