婦誤食魚刺 竟引急性腹膜炎

（健康醫療網／林怡亭報導）1名黃姓婦人因不小心誤食魚刺，且插傷腸壁，竟誘發急性腹膜炎！緊急就醫後，醫師透過內視鏡夾出約3公分的魚刺後，順利恢復健康，逃過險些誘發敗血性休克的風險。

腸壁穿刺傷引起急性腹膜炎，症狀會出現腹痛、嘔吐、噁心等現象，嚴重甚至會出現血壓下降和全身中毒性反應等；聖馬爾定醫院胃腸肝膽科醫師羅清池指出，若未能及時接受治療，還恐因此死於敗血性休克，不得輕忽嚴重性。

醫師羅清池進一步說明，治療急性腹膜炎，通常會先採以剖腹手術，而這名患者求診時因透過電腦斷層檢查，確診排除盲腸炎、膽結石等常見疾病，才緊急以胃鏡方式，快速夾出魚刺，順利免去接受傳統手術的風險。

平常吃飯時，民眾都應專心，且應養成細嚼慢嚥的習慣；羅清池提醒，若發現異物卡在食道，應避免再吞食白飯等，並應盡快就醫檢查，才能避免增加穿孔與出血的機率。
