道瓊工業指數大漲118.72，以15494.78作收，漲幅0.77%。標準普爾指數溫和上揚9.61，收在1697.60，漲幅0.57%。

但科技股那斯達克指數在2大成份股蘋果和臉書股價大跌拖累下，逆勢下跌4.33，收3717.85，跌幅0.12%。

統計顯示，上周外資大手筆回補韓股逾36億美元，已超越2012年全年淨買超金額逾兩成。

台、韓財政體質優越，經常帳餘額、外匯存底和外部債務都優於1997年亞洲金融風暴時狀況，出口導向型的產業結構更受惠美國經濟穩定復甦，是最有本錢抵禦美債殖利率彈升、資金流出壓力的亞股。

從基金績效來看，台股、韓股基金今年皆維持正報酬。台股基金平均12.41％的成績，勝於韓國基金的0.7％；9月以來在外資大舉回補下，韓國基金則上漲4.96％，則超越台股基金的0.85％。

摩根南韓基金經理人崔光鉉指出，韓國經濟先行指數自4月起走升，6月首次突破100，顯示下半年經濟景氣轉好可能性大增。此外，第二季GDP年增率2.3％，為近一年來最大成長，大幅提振市場對下半年的預期，亦吸引外資買氣回籠。

中國信託投信台灣活力基金經理人周俊宏說，韓國股市價值面長期遭低估，目前本益比僅8.5倍，低於過去10年平均的9.5 倍，更較亞太不含日本指數折價約25％，讓外資在8月加碼韓國的速度與力道更勝以往，短短五周幾乎將前8月累積賣超的74億美元全部收復，韓股也站回2000點整數關卡。

周俊宏指出，台股隨著大陸十一長假帶來的龐大消費商機，外資看準電子、百貨、食品等民生消費相關類股業績，不僅連續15個交易日買超，昨又大買133.54億元，累計買超金額突破千億新台幣，加權指數順利回補8260至7737的跌勢缺口，並帶動月線往上突破季線形成中期黃金交叉，盤勢上攻的結構更紮實，有機會挑戰今年高點8439點。
