《產業》中秋烤肉火熱，賣場促銷戰開打

【時報記者沈培華台北報導】搶攻連假商機，中秋烤肉商品價格戰開打，大潤發推7日限定DM，主打中秋節烤肉商品，並推出優質生鮮；全聯福利中心也強調推出許多比市價還低的優質生鮮蔬果，照顧消費者的荷包。

大潤發表示，中秋檔期，肉品業績是平時的2倍以上。上週末賣出超過50噸的肉品，其中肉捲大受歡迎。大潤發並推出優質生鮮，包含綠野農莊的優質肉品及具有產銷履歷的水產蔬果，特別在中秋期間做促銷，並讓民眾在中秋嘗鮮；另推出具有生產履歷的水產及蔬菜，其中，雲林口湖文蛤下殺7折，特價39元/包；綠天使甜玉米，特價39元。

今年有四天連假，但受到熱帶低氣壓的影響，恐怕無法賞月，民眾也開始做準備，大潤發發現，廚房家電成長了5成，其中燒烤機更是成長了3倍，如這周下雨，預計室內廚房家電成長8成以上。

中秋節烤肉已成為台灣的全民運動，在中秋節來臨的前夕，全聯福利中心特別推出許多比市價還低的優質生鮮蔬果，讓大家可以輕鬆享受烤肉的樂趣。

全聯充足備量，烤肉主力蔬果產品的備貨量近200噸。燒烤類，今年推出自宜蘭「產地直送」的香魚，3尾特價65元，備貨量達30萬尾。草蝦也是中秋燒烤必備商品，儘管今年草蝦產量驟減30％至40％，全聯祭出每盒330克/149元的超低價格。

此外，今年全聯特別與台南縣麻豆鎮的在地果園--──清泉果園合作，自產地直送有「生產履歷」的優質文旦，每粒（約450g）19元。

全聯指出，中秋節享受烤肉樂趣的同時，其實也得「享瘦」顧熱量，民眾在烤肉時可以多搭配蔬菜類食物，來增加飽足感和纖維質的攝取。像是茭白筍、甘藷、青椒、甜玉米就是去油解膩的最佳蔬菜；另外像是杏鮑菇、金針菇、鴻喜菇、雪白菇等菇類，富含高纖維質，能促進腸胃蠕動。
