【綜合報導】男子傅仁貴7年前腹痛求診，高雄市林進興醫院醫師經電腦斷層檢查後，認定腹部有腫瘤，不料開刀前傅男就因麻醉造成心室顫動，轉院後死亡，且解剖竟無腫瘤。家屬怒控院方與此案3醫師求償，但法院日前認定僅麻醉醫師金良光竟叫護士幫忙麻醉，自己沒在場有疏失，判他與醫院連帶賠償391萬餘元定讞。

傅男遺孀蔡英津昨難過說：「我先生肚子痛被誤診，就死了，我不懂為什麼只判麻醉醫師要賠錢，我去查發現，金良光去年把名下房子賣掉、卻似乎仍住在該屋，而林進興年收入竟只有24萬元，我勝訴也拿不到錢。」

針對家屬質疑被告脫產，律師吳孟良表示，建議傅妻對可疑情況蒐證，例如醫師住在自己售出的房子，或者賣屋卻沒收錢等，據此訴訟要求撤銷醫師的賣屋契約再追償。

　【汪智博／台東報導】台東知本溫泉區富野溫泉會館昨天晚間十一點多傳出大量土石流崩落意外，夾雜在混濁泥漿的土石直接衝垮位於一樓大廳後方的餐廳玻璃圍牆後湧入大廳內，由於正值房客休息時間，不少旅客受到極大驚嚇，並一度傳出有17個人受到輕傷，其中一名女姓旅客並因氣喘發作緊急送醫。
 
　飯店業者為了安全因素，趕緊撤離上百名旅客到其他旅館，房客提著行李、踩著黃色泥水，神色驚慌離去，直說「真的是嚇到了！」而溫泉會館除了大門台階已變成泥水瀑布外，飯店內餐廳設施更是嚴重受損，損失仍有待再做評估。
