工商時報【記者黃欣／台北報導】
前中共重慶市委書記薄熙來一審宣判結果昨（22）日出爐，外界普遍認為和前中共上海市委書記陳良宇相比，無期徒刑的刑期偏重。學者分析，這是因薄「沒有立功表現」，且該案終歸屬「政治審判」，即便上訴，也難以改變一審宣判結果。
中國人民大學社會系教授周孝正認為，和陳良宇等人當庭認罪不同，8月底的庭審中，薄熙來就3條指控針鋒相對提出辯解，以至公訴人（檢察官）表示，薄熙來罪行極其嚴重，又拒不認罪，必須依法從嚴懲處。昨天濟南中院判決中，也幾乎全盤否認薄熙來的辯護，多次提及「不予採納」。
周孝正認為，薄應會爭取上訴。但依大陸司法習慣，二審多維持一審判決，估計翻案可能性不高。一旦進入二審，中共十八屆三中全會前恐難完成判決。但薄已遭「雙開」（開除黨職與公職），不影響之後的政治布局。
