【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者徐清風編譯報導）中國地方法庭週日宣判薄熙來無期徒刑，路透社報導說，這一重判，令薄熙來捲土重來的機會非常小 。而由於中國所有的法院都是由共產黨所控制，所以不太可能翻案。

從週一開始，雖然薄熙來在10天以內有上訴的權利，但是這一宣判已經有效的終結了薄熙來的政治野心以及他所「享受」中共統治「精英」的生活方式。

法庭的審判宣佈查收個人財產，剝奪政治權利終身。

報導說，中共國營媒體表示，薄熙來可能提出上訴，這種情況下，山東省最高法庭在兩個月內將不得不進行審理。由於，中共所有的法院都是由黨所控制，所以不太可能翻案。人民大學政治學教授張鳴說，「他（薄熙來）否認有罪導致了監禁期更長。」

法庭展示了一張薄熙來帶手銬的照片，薄握緊拳頭，明顯顯示在反抗。兩個高大的男警察架著他的肩膀和前手臂。另外還有兩個警察在一旁站立。

法院外保安森嚴，設有路障防止圍觀者靠攏。沒有任何薄的同情者出現，這不像第一次的審判，很多人現身表達對他的支持。

薄熙來姐姐聘請的中國律師顧玉樹沒有得到為薄熙來辯護的許可。他表示，「這次不是以證據來量刑。」顧玉樹向路透社表示，「提出的證據很模糊，不夠明確。」

薄熙來高調的支持者之一司馬南在一家電視娛樂節目中露面，司馬南說：「知道薄熙來的個性，薄熙來將會「戰鬥」到底。」「這就像一部電視連續劇，我們只是看了一半。」

在審判後，有消息來源向路透社透露，一些黨內資深成員擔心如果不重判，薄熙來有可能捲土重來。中共一位檢察官表示，不應該對薄熙來心慈手軟，因為他在審判之前收回承認有罪。
