標題[食記] 台北 吃吃看小館

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32476017 時間：2013/8 台北老城區的貴陽街上佇立著三家老江浙小館子，分別是開開看、吃吃看和 三友飯店，三間館子在同一排騎樓，彼此相距不遠，同樣是江浙小菜館，賣 的菜色更是有相當程度的相同，這三雄鼎立的貴陽街，大概是台北市裡想吃 便宜家常的盆頭菜最好去處。 吃吃看小館就在開開看小館旁邊不遠處，兩家店門面、店名都很相似。開開 看我已經吃了好幾次了，這次來到貴陽街，換吃吃吃看。 菜飯 吃吃看的菜飯與開開看略同，但也有差異，吃吃看的菜比較粗大，沒有切成 細小狀，好處是吃得到菜的口感，壞處是多了點苦味，米飯也是濕黏的口感 ，同菜一起蒸煮，菜香入飯，但色澤也變。 蔥燒茄子 雖然小有油膩，但卻是非常美味的盆頭小菜。茄子與蔥段燒得軟爛，入口軟 綿中帶有濃厚的焦蔥香氣，風味醇厚，也不過鹹，但光是蔥香入茄的味道， 就足以下飯好幾碗，唯一缺點就是油了點。 獅子頭 吃吃看的獅子頭也是紅燒作法，油炸過後再燒煮，但也與開開看有所不同， 吃吃看的獅子頭外皮較為焦硬，裡頭綿軟，滋味清甜而不重甜，相當清爽， 不過湯汁並無吸得足飽，所以表面略乾一些。 青椒鑲肉 吃吃看的青椒鑲肉比較短粗，絞肉塞得扎實，初入口軟嫩的青椒皮帶著微彈 的絞肉口感，醬汁的甜味較淡，青椒的辣味只有一些，整體的風味並不強烈 ，偏於中庸。 吃吃看的菜餚口味都沒那麼重，也比較沒那麼甜。開開看的風味就比較強烈 了點，若是口味比較清淡點的，或許可以來吃吃看吃吃看。 吃吃看小館 地址：台北市貴陽街二段32號 電話：02-23717555 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.5.196
