| 天兔來襲／高鐵21日正常營運 海警期間車次退票免手續費

台灣高鐵今（21）日全線正常營運，遇風速、雨量過大情形，將減速以維安全。民眾若購買颱風警報發布期間車票而未搭乘，可於乘車日後一年內退票，免手續費。
高鐵表示，21日全線正常營運服務，各車次列車依時刻表發車。惟為確保運行安全，若部分路段之風速、雨量過大達到運轉限制標準時，列車將採取行車速限，如因此延誤預定到站時間，屬天然災害因素，將不適用列車延遲的退費規定。
受天兔颱風影響，自發布海上颱風警報至解除海上颱風警報止，購買上述期間運行列車的旅客，若列車正常運行而未搭乘，可自乘車日起一年內，持未經使用之車票至高鐵各車站辦理退票，免收手續費。
