【綜合報導】台北市中山區1家幼稚園1名任姓代課女老師，涉嫌去年3月在午睡時間管教學童，持磁鐵尺揮打1名盧姓男童下巴致挫傷；台北地檢署依傷害罪嫌將任女起訴，並請求法院依兒童及少年福利法規定，加重其刑2分之1。

《自由時報》報導，檢方指出，任女不滿盧姓男童在午休時間不乖乖睡，持長約30到40公分左右的磁鐵尺，朝他的下巴揮打1下，盧童當場嚎啕大哭，連其他躺下準備午睡的小朋友也被吵醒。

在場同學嚇壞，回家告訴媽媽，其他學童家長轉告盧童母親，盧母持驗傷單堅持提告。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】102年全國河川日將在宜蘭縣舉辦，宜蘭、羅東社區大學的孔明車隊，29日辦理「孔明車‧跟水行」活動，帶領民眾秋天騎乘腳踏車，踩踏巡弋蘭陽美景。
 
羅東社區大學校長吳國維表示，蘭陽溪是宜蘭的生命之母，沿線的人文風景富含歷史意義，29日車隊將在羅東運動公園出發，分為「孔明車・跟水行」的蘭陽溪流域、「勁水」羅東運動公園及「噶瑪蘭水路・冬山河行旅」等三條路線。
 
「孔明車‧跟水行」單車巡戈蘭陽溪流域，跟著水徑而行，沿二結圳、蘭陽溪南岸自行車道、於歪仔歪橋轉安農溪自行車道，前往分洪堰至鼻頭橋，接羅東溪自行車道回羅東運動公園，全長23公里。
 
孔明車隊老師藍浩瑋說，宜蘭各景點都有其特別的歷史小故事、人文景觀，騎腳踏車徜遊蘭陽山水，除可讓身體健康，也可增進自己內在涵養。
 
學員莊許妙說，無論是親子或自己運動，腳踏車最合適，此次的水路行，除可一覽蘭陽美景，也可瞭解周遭生態，「算是再進修，。她表示，冬山河親水公園沿線的路線是她認為最棒的，兩側有繁密的樹葉遮蔭，騎車時很涼爽，沿著冬山河沿岸還可看到西式划船等美景。
 
已經75歲的游炳輝，從宜蘭酒廠退休後，為打發時間也開始練腳踏車，為了更瞭解宜蘭的地理人文，進而到社大上課，至今已兩、三年，更曾騎著腳踏車環台3次， 展現老當益壯。他說，騎腳踏車可讓自己身體狀況保持年輕，更可增進親子互動，現在一家三代都騎車：「騎腳踏車可以讓親子關係更加緊密！」

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】2012年諾貝爾文學獎得主莫言，今在佛光山台北道場舉行《盛典：諾貝爾文學獎之旅》新書發表會，他除讚揚佛光山在佛法推廣上的貢獻，也笑說，他在中國看到台灣的電視是一團亂，天天在打架，以為台灣老百姓生活在水深火熱中，但來這後發現，台灣「亂只是亂在小小的圈子裡」，老百姓間還是非常友愛，「道德水準非常高」。
