| 天兔暴風圈縮小 雲林、花蓮等地脫離警戒區

【張勵德／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新警報資訊顯示，中颱天兔強度持續減弱且暴風圈縮小，雲林、花蓮、南投及金門等地區已脫離暴風圈範圍，目前陸上警戒區只剩下嘉義以南、台東及綠島、蘭嶼、澎湖，預估明天清晨到上午這段期間，台灣本島將完全脫離暴風圈範圍。
今晚11時中颱天兔中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西南西方190公里海面上，以時速19公里速度向西北西移動，暴風圈半徑縮小至250公里。雖然天兔逐漸遠離，但目前宜花東、恆春半島的雨勢仍在持續中，過去2天花蓮豐南累積雨量已達到576毫米。
氣象局表示，即使明天解除颱風警報後，仍會持續發布豪雨特報，預計到明天台東、恆春半島、宜蘭花蓮山區及高屏山區仍有大豪雨(24小時累積雨量達200毫米以上)或超大豪雨(24小時累積雨量達350毫米以上)，宜蘭、花蓮、南部地區、南投山區及台中以北山區有局部豪雨(24小時累積雨量達130毫米以上)或大豪雨，其他地區亦有局部大雨發生機會，民眾仍須留意。
