阿里巴巴旗下電子商務平台淘寶網遭踢爆，具備一定實力的「皇冠」級賣家，若不花錢買廣告，就會面臨被切斷搜索流量入口的窘境，引起諸多商家不滿。業內相關人士直言淘寶根本是「養肥了再殺」。

「皇冠」在淘寶網店是一種信譽等級，賣家必須獲得買家超過一萬筆「好評」才能獲得淘寶網加冕。

中國企業報報導一名皇冠級賣家張大軍指控，由於沒有打廣告，即使產品銷量、人氣和信用在同業中很有口碑，但商品網頁卻排到30頁後，「買家也很難透過通用搜索，直接進入店鋪」。淘寶網設計每頁40樣商品，基本上30頁後的商品頁幾乎根本乏人問津。

不過初創草根賣家並不會遭到如此待遇，電商觀察人士王光迪認為，淘寶此舉明顯是「養肥了再殺」。王光迪說，賣家初創網店時，不夠能力做推廣，淘寶以免費流量扶植、也培養其依賴性，等到賣家已經積累一定資本、甚至戴上皇冠，再趁機掐斷免費流量，「淘寶根本是變相逼迫賣家掏錢買廣告以維持客源」。

報導指出，賣家們的廣告業務已是淘寶每年主要的收入來源。數據統計推算，2016年，淘寶有望成為大陸最大的互聯網網路廣告收入公司。

據了解，淘寶驚人的廣告收入來自連年暴漲的「賣家廣告費」。2008年開始，淘寶開始以各種名目，透過收費的方式提供賣家為自身產品「打廣告」。最常見的是，付費賣家設置關鍵字，買家若搜索同關鍵字，淘寶網頁面會自動跳出賣家的廣告。淘寶根據廣告被點擊次數向賣家收費。

近年阿里巴巴董事長馬雲倡導「小而美」，鼓勵小賣家入駐淘寶網。賣家加入也加劇流量爭奪，淘寶廣告價值跟著攀升，據了解，廣告到點擊費用已從每次1元（約新台幣4.83元）飆至10元（約新台幣48.3元）、20元（約新台幣98.69元）不等。現在又傳出，賣家不得打廣告以穩定流量，分析人士直言「這分明是一個陷阱」。

國防部中山科學研究院將參加本月26日到29日舉行的「2013年台北國際發明暨技術交易展」，將展出包括懸臂式隻層滑動升降載運系統、微波吸收材料／奈米複合吸波材、旋風環保火銷爐等18項軍民通用科技成果外，軍局生產製造中心還將展出迫砲射擊模擬器、傘兵防護靴、T4-98野戰移動沐浴機、拋繩器等11項軍用裝備。

國防部上午舉行例行記者會說明中科院、國防醫學院參展相關綠色節能、智慧生活與生醫保健器材，品項總計有62項。這項展覽將連續4天在台北世貿中心舉行。
