| 北京清理空氣 將減少汽車搖號指標

北京市昨日召開「北京市清潔空氣行動計劃」發布會，計劃到2017 年北京市的清潔能源汽車將達到20萬輛以上，市內機動車數量控制在600萬輛以內。此外，還將繼續研究本市、外埠車輛的限行、排污費等措施。
每日經濟新聞報導，「行動計劃」明確了北京全市細顆粒物（PM2.5）年均濃度五年下降25%以上，2017年控制在60微克/立方米，並分區縣細化分解任務目標，改善幅度前所未有。
北京市環保局2012年公佈的監測數據顯示，機動車排放的氮氧化物、揮發性有機物約佔全市排放總量的58%、40%，機動車排放形成的PM2.5約佔PM2.5來源的22%。
針對北京市機動車污染物排放對大氣造成的污染問題，北京市交通委委員容軍表示，機動車污染物的排放對大氣造成的污染很嚴重，治理刻不容緩。容軍指出，交通委將堅定不移控制機動車發展的總量，保證在2017年底將機動車總量控制在600萬輛。
要想完成預定目標，未來北京每月的搖號指標將大幅減少，多位業內專家表示，新能源汽車將是政府環保投入的重要領域之一。

特斯拉(Tesla)招牌電動車Model S不僅耐撞、環保、不吃油，現在又多了項特殊能力，那就是能為車主省下大筆維護費。
電動車與傳統汽柴油引擎最大的差別在於以馬達取代內燃機等，而由於少了內燃機以及相關組件，Model S與純電動車一樣省下許多機械校正與維護工作，使得保養成本大幅將低。需要定期更換的零件大概只剩下4個輪胎與一組雨刷。
除此之外，由於Model S會利用剎車多餘的動能來回充電瓶，因此不僅可以增加續航力還可減少剎車皮的磨耗，因此Model S的剎車皮使用年限遠比汽車要長。
據Businessinsider報導，德國研究指出，以8年的時間設算，電動車維護費較汽車便宜3分之2，而這還只是保守估計，意味著實際數字可能還更低，因此可以想見當電動車日益普及，不少黑手恐將面臨失業。
