兆豐金210億元現增案，今（25）日向金管會送件，原先兆豐金在上月董事會決定認股基準日、股款繳納等重要期程均由董事會決定，但為了因應股市的波動，隨時機動掌握執行的最佳時點，兆豐金控董事會昨天通過，改授權董事長蔡友才全權決定，全案預定最晚12月中旬以前完成。
兆豐金在上月的股價一度從站上每股25元回落到每股22.9元區間，但自從現增案宣布之後，即受到法人的高度肯定，特別是外資法人更大舉買進兆豐金，與過去多家金融機構一宣布增資，股價即下跌的情況大有不同。
根據兆豐金內部的最新統計，近一個月來，外資持股比重已增加1.56％，約大舉買進逾20萬張，迄今兆豐金的外資持股已高達26.7％，可見外資法人對兆豐金為旗下兆豐銀注資150億元後的發展前景很看好。
根據兆豐金規劃，此次發行的10億股現增，每股訂價約在20.5~21.5元區間，預計可取得205~215億元的資本額，其中150億元將轉增資兆豐銀，60億元則將作為先前發行的台企銀可轉債在明年1月13日到期贖回之用，屆時財政部持股9.99％將悉數參加現增。
若按照原股東持股比例認股，及兆豐金目前在每股24.75元的價位來看，則屆時兆豐金原股東認股至少可以實現每股3.25元價差的投資獲利，再加上兆豐金當初作此訂價時是在每股市價25.5元時底定，若價格回升到該價位，國庫所能進帳的投資利得將更遠高於此。
